Absa Bank is hiring a Short Term Insurance Consultant: Client Service (FAIS) to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve client queries, and provide compliant insurance advice while supporting retention and upselling of idirect insurance products.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries timeously
- Deliver quality, compliant advice and service
- Support retentions and upsell relevant insurance products
- Maintain call quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance standards
FAIS Requirements
- FSCA-approved qualification
- RE5 (Regulatory Exam for Representatives)
- FAIS-relevant experience
- Product-specific & Class of Business training (onboarding)
- Ongoing CPD
- Proven honesty, integrity, and good standing
- Manager, Property Leasing Administration
- Call Centre Agent x6– FlySafair
- Customer Service Agent – FlySafair
- Production Controller – Animal Feeds
- TB HIV Care Data Capturer
