Absa Bank is hiring a Short Term Insurance Consultant: Client Service (FAIS) to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve client queries, and provide compliant insurance advice while supporting retention and upselling of idirect insurance products.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries timeously
• Deliver quality, compliant advice and service
• Support retentions and upsell relevant insurance products
• Maintain call quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance standards

FAIS Requirements

• FSCA-approved qualification
• RE5 (Regulatory Exam for Representatives)
• FAIS-relevant experience
• Product-specific & Class of Business training (onboarding)
• Ongoing CPD
• Proven honesty, integrity, and good standing
