What You’ll Be Doing

Workplace Experience

  • Participate in structured on-the-job learning aligned with development objectives
  • Gain exposure to real banking operations and finance processes

Learning & Development

  • Attend all required training and development interventions
  • Apply theory to practice in a professional banking environment

Administration & Support

  • Complete administrative duties, tracking, and reporting
  • Support customers and team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Business
    • Commerce
    • Management Studies
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop in the banking sector
