Job Overview

PathCare is seeking a Depot Administrator to join the team at its Mercantile branch in Port Elizabeth. This role suits a client-focused professional with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Frontline reception and client service
  • Capturing and verifying patient data
  • Handling account payments and queries
  • Banking and administrative support
  • Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Passed Depot Administrator examination
  • Computer literate
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
  • Pathology knowledge or experience (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethic
