Job Overview
PathCare is seeking a Depot Administrator to join the team at its Mercantile branch in Port Elizabeth. This role suits a client-focused professional with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Frontline reception and client service
- Capturing and verifying patient data
- Handling account payments and queries
- Banking and administrative support
- Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Passed Depot Administrator examination
- Computer literate
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
- Pathology knowledge or experience (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethic
