Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Certificate/Diploma in Administration
- Experience in food preparation and service supervision
- Basic administration and reporting skills
- Knowledge of HACCP, health and safety standards
- Stock control and ordering experience
- Good English communication skills
Key Duties:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff
- Ensure meals are prepared and served on time
- Monitor food quality, hygiene and safety
- Manage stock and prevent waste
- Train and coach kitchen staff
- Assist with meal preparation and special functions
- Ensure kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained
