Key Responsibilities

As the Administrator: Sales & Accounts Support, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Marketing and Sales team.
  • Perform accurate account reconciliations.
  • Process customer debit and credit notes.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain SharePoint and document management systems.
  • Support internal and external stakeholder communication.
  • Assist with general office administration.
  • Act as backup Business Support Administrator when required.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support special projects and business initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you should have:

  • Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate).
  • Diploma in Accounting (advantageous).
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • SAP experience (preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including:
    • Word
    • Excel
    • Outlook
    • PowerPoint
    • Teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
