Pick n Pay Graduate Programme 2026

Pick n Pay is offering a 12-month SETA-funded graduate opportunity for young, unemployed candidates who want to gain practical workplace experience and establish a career in Human Resources or Marketing.

Graduate Opportunities Available

Human Resources

Graduates placed in Human Resources will gain practical exposure to different areas of HR while developing an understanding of how a corporate HR function operates.

Marketing

Marketing graduates will gain practical exposure to a range of marketing activities and develop workplace skills within a dynamic corporate environment.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be between 18 and 34 years old.
• Have completed a Diploma, Certificate or relevant qualification at NQF Level 6.
• Be currently unemployed.
• Be available for the full 12-month programme.
• Have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Marketing.
• Be enthusiastic, willing to learn and ready to gain practical workplace experience.
• Applicants who live in or close to Bedfordview and surrounding areas are advantageous because of the programme location.
