Job Purpose
Seasonal Sales Associates will support TFG stores during the busy festive trading period by delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and contributing towards store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and provide customers with an excellent shopping experience.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
- Actively work towards and monitor sales targets.
- Sell products across the available range.
- Keep up to date with current fashion and décor trends.
- Identify opportunities to generate additional sales.
- Ensure merchandise is replenished promptly.
- Help maintain a customer-ready store environment.
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Support the wider store team during busy trading periods.

Minimum Requirements
- Previous retail experience is advantageous.
- Matric is advantageous.
- South African citizenship.

- Strong work ethic and initiative.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Passion for retail and fashion is advantageous.
- Willingness to work retail hours.
- Reliable transport.
