Education

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute laboratory samples according to standard operating procedures.
- Capture and register sample information accurately.
- Process specimen dispatch and monitor delivery progress.
- Conduct hospital rounds to distribute reports and collect samples.
- Handle administrative queries and customer complaints professionally.
- Track specimen deliveries and ensure timely processing.
- Investigate and resolve laboratory workflow bottlenecks.
- Maintain housekeeping standards within the work area.
- Monitor stock levels and order required materials.
- Manage reception duties and direct visitors appropriately.
- Receive payments from patients and ensure proper banking procedures.
- Record incidents, complaints, and corrective actions on laboratory systems.
- Scan and process patient documentation using laboratory systems.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
