The Metropolitan Learnership Programme 2026 is designed to give unemployed young people an opportunity to gain meaningful workplace experience in the financial services and insurance sector.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

As a learner, you will be expected to participate actively in both the theoretical and practical components of the programme.
Your responsibilities may include:
Learning and Development
- Complete all theoretical learning requirements.
- Participate in workplace learning activities.
- Apply knowledge gained through the programme in a practical work environment.
- Work towards completion of the Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification.
Administration
- Complete administrative duties accurately and within specified deadlines.
- Prepare, collate and compile required documentation.
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Complete required reporting activities.
Customer Service
- Respond to client and stakeholder queries professionally.
- Assist in providing a positive client experience.
- Ensure queries are handled according to required service standards.
- Screen incoming queries and direct them to the appropriate departments or stakeholders.
