The Metropolitan Learnership Programme 2026 is designed to give unemployed young people an opportunity to gain meaningful workplace experience in the financial services and insurance sector.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Education

Administration

Complete administrative duties accurately and within specified deadlines.
Prepare, collate and compile required documentation.

Customer Service

Respond to client and stakeholder queries professionally.
Assist in providing a positive client experience.
Ensure queries are handled according to required service standards.
Screen incoming queries and direct them to the appropriate departments or stakeholders.
