Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates should have:
- Matric certificate
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
- 2–3 years of administrative experience
- Experience in IR, HR, or legal environments preferred
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, and CCMA processes will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
The IR Administrator will be responsible for:
- Managing CCMA correspondence and documentation
- Filing and logging IR matters accurately
- Scheduling conciliations and preparing required documents
- Maintaining IR statistics and enquiry logs
- Preparing hearing bundles and supporting the IR department
- Coordinating stationery and internal administrative needs
- Liaising with unions, attorneys, CCMA representatives, and managers
- Ensuring compliance with IR procedures and policies
