Job Purpose
The Client Support Consultant will provide professional, efficient and effective customer service within a contact centre environment. The successful candidate will handle complex client queries, provide accurate product information, resolve complaints and build constructive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic and email support through the Technical Support Centre.
- Respond to internal and external queries, issues and problems.
- Investigate complaints relating to policies, protocols and benefits.
- Track and identify recurring trends and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly statistics.
- Build relationships with internal departments and external partners.
- Facilitate the efficient resolution of client queries.
- Maintain knowledge of Discovery Employee Benefits schemes, products, policies and protocols.
- Perform data analysis and reporting for various stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- NQF Level 6 equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a contact centre environment.
- Proven track record of resolving client queries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Intermediate computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on Saturdays.
