Job Purpose
The successful candidate will join the Manufacturing Department and report directly to the Team Leader. The internship is designed to provide practical workplace exposure that supports the completion of an Operations Management qualification while developing technical and professional skills in a manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy passed with at least 40%
- Two South African languages passed with at least 40%
- Be studying towards an Operations Management qualification
- Completed all theoretical modules
- Require practical workplace exposure to complete the qualification
- Be willing to complete In-Service/Experiential Training
Additional Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be unemployed at the time of appointment
- Not have previously completed an In-Service Trainee programme with another employer
- Have an official Work Integrated Learning (WIL) or workplace experience letter from their tertiary institution
