Overview
A company specialising in news, data, and market intelligence is hiring a meticulous Data Capturer and Administrator to support its financial services database and administrative operations.
This is a fully remote, half-day role suited to someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial data.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management
- Capture and update fund performance data and manager profiles
- Maintain accurate market intelligence records
Quality Assurance
- Cross-check data against fact sheets and reports
- Ensure 100% accuracy and consistency
Stakeholder Communication
- Liaise with fund managers and partners via email and phone
- Follow up on missing or unclear data
Administrative Support
- Assist with reports and newsletters
- Support annual Symposium preparations
Document Control
- Maintain structured digital filing systems
- Handle sensitive commercial documentation securely

Minimum Requirements
Education
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or Data Management (advantageous)
Experience
- At least 2 years in data entry or administrative roles
- Financial services or media industry experience preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (data formatting, basic formulas)
- Strong general computer literacy
