Position: Graduate Intern – Group Employment Relations
Location: Johannesburg (Hybrid)

The internship falls within the Group Human Capital (HC) division, specifically the Employment Relations Practice. The team supports line managers and HR in managing labour relations, policies, contracts, union engagement, and compliance with labour legislation.


What You’ll Gain Exposure To

As a Graduate Intern, you will assist with:

  • Administration related to Employment Relations (ER) and Employment Equity (EE)
  • Managing the ER engagement calendar
  • Secretariat and logistical support for engagement forums
  • Communication with unions and internal stakeholders
  • Case management support for legal advisors
  • Training coordination
  • Assistance with CCMA matters
  • Ad hoc support to the ER team

This role provides strong foundational experience for careers in HR, labour law, industrial relations, or corporate compliance.


Minimum Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor of Human Resources Management (BHRM)
    OR
  • Completed Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Recently graduated
