Purpose of the Role

The Executive PA provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will manage diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare reports and presentations, arrange travel, maintain records, support budgeting processes, and ensure the smooth running of executive office activities.

This role requires excellent planning, discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to senior executives.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
  • Organise internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate conferences, workshops, and business events.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel bookings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record accurate minutes.
  • Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Produce and update Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database documents.
  • Collect, compile, analyse, and present business information.
  • Generate regular management and operational reports.
  • Support budgeting and expense monitoring activities.
  • Assist with procurement and purchasing administration.

  • Coordinate office workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
