Minimum Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 months retail experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist customers with purchases and product information
- Maintain cleanliness of shelves, displays, and checkout areas
- Ensure products are properly packed, priced, and displayed
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels
- Operate the cash register accurately
- Follow store safety and loss-prevention procedures
- Assist with general store duties and ad hoc tasks
