Job Overview

Fidelity Cash Solutions is recruiting experienced Drivers for its Empangeni Branch. Successful candidates will be responsible for the safe collection, transportation, and delivery of clients’ cash while maintaining strict compliance with security protocols and operational procedures.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Cash-In-Transit (CIT) professionals with a strong security background and a commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver clients’ money safely and securely.
  • Take full responsibility and accountability for cash transportation activities.
  • Report delays and operational issues to management immediately.
  • Maintain radio communication with controllers during operations.
  • Identify, prevent, and report security incidents.
  • Monitor and respond to suspicious activities proactively.
  • Follow company security procedures and operational standards.
  • Ensure excellent customer service during collections and deliveries.
  • Support branch operational objectives and security requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
  • PSIRA Accreditation (Minimum Grade C).
  • Tactical Combat Training Certificate.
  • CIT (Cash-In-Transit) Certificate.
  • Completed Firearm Training in Handgun and Rifle.
  • SAPS Competency Certificate.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in CIT driving and crew functions.
  • Previous security industry experience or experience in a similar role.
  • Proven knowledge of cash-in-transit operations.

Additional Requirements

  • Clear Criminal Record.
  • Clear Credit Record.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
