Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls and communications, providing accurate information, resolving enquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification
  • 1–2 years of relevant contact centre or customer service experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
