WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Operate production lines and support daily manufacturing activities
- Perform start-up and shutdown procedures safely
- Maintain cleaning standards (SOP compliance)
- Ensure continuous material supply for production
- Monitor product quality and report faults
- Record production data (output, rejects, incidents)
- Follow strict health, safety, and environmental standards
- Support continuous improvement and waste reduction
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics & Science OR N3 Engineering
- Basic understanding of manufacturing (FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work shifts and flexible schedules
- Physically fit (movement, lifting, coordination required)
- Basic Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) skills
