WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain and optimise enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization)
- Administer Windows/Linux systems and enterprise applications
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, VMware
- Oversee cloud identity systems (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Monitor performance, system health, and security
- Manage backups using Rubrik and support disaster recovery plans
- Apply patches, updates, and security fixes
- Handle user access, permissions, and identity governance
- Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support IT projects, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator (enterprise level)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows & Linux servers
- Active Directory & networking services
- VMware & IBM Storage
- Microsoft 365 & SharePoint
- Backup systems (Rubrik)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
BONUS (PREFERRED)
- Microsoft MCSA / MCSE
- ITIL Foundation certification
