About the Role

The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative and operational support to the Engineering team while ensuring office processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office administration duties.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, registers, and databases.
  • Capture, organise, and file departmental documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and departmental calendars.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist with document control and records management.
  • Provide administrative support for projects and engineering activities.
  • Process office requisitions and monitor administrative workflows.
  • Compile reports and presentations when required.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ensure compliance with Eskom administrative procedures and policies.
  • Assist management with day-to-day operational support.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Applicants must have one of the following:

  • Grade 12 (NSC)
  • NCV Level 4
  • Administration Certificate (NQF Level 4 with 120 credits)
  • Administration Diploma (NQF Level 4 with 120 credits)

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience.
  • Experience in a technical, engineering, utilities, or corporate environment will be an added advantage.
