About the Role
The Customer Services Officer is responsible for managing and resolving service requests received from both internal departments and external clients. The position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
The successful applicant will ensure that customer requests are handled accurately, legislative requirements are followed, operational risks are minimised, and clients receive professional, timely assistance. Key Responsibilities
Daily duties may include:
- Responding to customer enquiries through various communication channels.
- Processing service requests accurately and within required turnaround times.

- Liaising with internal departments to resolve client issues.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience Required

- 3–4 years’ experience in customer support or client servicing.
- Knowledge of customer service operations within a corporate or financial services environment.
- Experience working with service standards and turnaround times.
