Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to process servicing transactions within the Invest Servicing team while ensuring high-quality administrative support and excellent client service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process all servicing transactions within the Discovery Invest servicing environment
  • Understand and apply knowledge of Discovery Invest products and services
  • Handle client and financial advisor queries via telephone and email
  • Ensure timely feedback and resolution of all assigned requests
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding tasks
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as required by management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, advisors, and clients


Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • University degree (advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
