Job Purpose
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the school. You will be responsible for managing communication, welcoming visitors, handling enquiries, and providing essential administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations in a busy educational environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
- Strong telephone and switchboard handling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Clear criminal record (mandatory for school environments)

Advantageous Skills

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, learners, and parents professionally
- Answer, screen, and transfer telephone calls

- Provide administrative and clerical support to school staff
- Support day-to-day communication between departments
