What You’ll Do

Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers
Understand client needs and recommend suitable logistics solutions
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals successfully
Maintain accurate records using Salesforce (SFDC)
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Track market trends and competitor activities
Ensure timely payments and resolve customer issues

Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in sales (B2B preferred)
Proven ability to generate new business (“hunter” profile)
Strong negotiation and commercial skills
Logistics or freight experience is an advantage
Ability to work independently and manage a busy sales pipeline
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Salesforce (SFDC) experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

Minimum: Grade 12 (Matric)
Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Logistics, or related field
