What You’ll Do
- Manage and administer contracts across the full project lifecycle
- Support procurement processes, including tender evaluation & strategy
- Advise project managers on contractual matters and risk assessment
- Assist with contractor performance management & communication
- Ensure compliance with SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Risk & Quality) standards
- Handle contract disputes and resolution processes

Requirements
Qualification
- National Diploma in:
- Built Environment
- Commerce
- Human Sciences
- NQF Level 6 (Minimum 240 credits)
Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in:
- Contracts administration
- Engineering or construction projects
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of NEC / FIDIC contracts
- Understanding of:
- Supplier & contract management
- Project & construction management
- Quantity surveying & quality assurance
- Core skills:
- Problem-solving & analytical thinking
