Role Purpose

  • Pre-assess group risk cases above the free cover limit, submitted via Declaration of Health
  • Work under direct supervision with limited sign-off authority
  • Contact applicants or brokers for additional information and clarify underwriting decisions

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess risk for covers above the free cover limit using Declarations of Health
  • Provide underwriting decision explanations to members and medical professionals
  • Liaise with reinsurers for cases exceeding treaty limits
  • Engage with members and brokers to obtain required information
  • Support the underwriting team with administrative tasks as needed

Education & Experience
