Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Basic knowledge of financial administration and data capturing

Knowledge of Financial Regulations

Candidates should have basic knowledge of:

  • (PFMA)
  • (DORA)
  • (PSA)
  • (PSR)
  • (PPPFA)

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting Support

  • Check and verify invoices for approval
  • Capture payment details and process invoices
  • Maintain financial filing systems
  • Record and manage cash collections

Salary Administration

  • Process salary advice and payroll changes
  • Capture salary payments, bonuses, and deductions
  • Maintain payroll documentation

Bookkeeping Duties

  • Capture financial transactions
  • Maintain debtor and creditor records
  • Clear suspense accounts
  • Process electronic banking transactions

Budget Support

  • Collect financial information from budget holders
  • Monitor spending against budgets
  • Identify budget variances
  • Capture budget virements and maintain records
