Job Purpose

The Client Service Officer supports Public Employment Services (PES) by assisting job seekers, registering employment opportunities, and helping connect unemployed individuals with jobs and training opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Good problem-solving ability

Advantage:

  • A valid driver’s licence (not required).

Knowledge Requirements

  • Labour legislation and regulations
  • Employment Services Act
