Key Responsibilities

Vehicle maintenance and inspections
Loading and securing goods
Safe transport and delivery of materials
Compliance with road, safety, and company regulations
General logistics duties

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Grade 12
Valid, unendorsed Code 14 driver’s license
Valid Public Driver’s Permit (PDP)
Relevant Crane Driving qualification

Experience

3 years’ experience driving inter-link or abnormal load interrupters
2 years’ experience on other heavy vehicles
Hydraulic Truck Mounted Crane experience
Experience driving abnormal load tractors (multi-tractor and solo applications)

Required Knowledge & Skills

Defensive driving (in-house evaluation required)
Road Traffic Act & Occupational Health and Safety Act knowledge
Crane hand signals and crane movement execution
Hazard identification and safety systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Honest, reliable, customer-focused
Ability to work long hours and handle heavy objects
