Job Description
Eskom is looking for a skilled Systems Analyst IT Support professional to provide backend infrastructure services, application system support, and user support within the Group Information Technology (GIT) operating model.
The successful candidate will work on system support, enhancements, testing, documentation, and infrastructure-related solutions while ensuring efficient IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for logged incidents and service requests
- Develop backend solutions and system enhancements
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting
- Implement system changes and upgrades
- Review and maintain process documentation
- Configure applications and operating systems
- Support IT infrastructure and business systems
Minimum Requirements
Qualification
- National Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, or Information Systems (NQF Level 6 with 240 credits)
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Information Technology

Required Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of IT environments and infrastructure
