WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Answer and manage incoming calls on the switchboard
  • Direct calls to the correct departments and staff
  • Update telephone lists and speed dials
  • Assist wards and doctors with faulty lines
  • Support admission staff when required
  • Handle internal and external enquiries professionally
  • Perform general administrative duties


REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum 2 years’ hospital experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
