Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- South African citizenship
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate), NCV Level 4, or an equivalent SAQA-recognised qualification
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional official South African language
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Office)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Planning, organising and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Capturing and maintaining administrative records
- Preparing reports and official correspondence
- Managing filing systems and registers
- Handling emails and telephone enquiries
- Ordering office stationery and equipment
- Processing leave applications and overtime documentation
- Coordinating meetings and providing secretarial support
