What You’ll Do
- Manage office administration, records, and project finances
- Coordinate projects, post-docs, and external stakeholders
- Organise conferences, seminars, travel, and logistics
- Handle reports, data collection, and documentation
- Provide secretarial support (meetings, minutes, scheduling)
- Manage procurement, invoices, and financial processes
- Liaise with suppliers, staff, and visitors professionally
Requirements
- Diploma (3 years) + 3 years’ relevant experience
OR - Matric (Grade 12) + 5 years’ relevant experience
Experience must include:
- Office & project administration
- Financial administration
- Secretarial duties
