What You’ll Do
- Support Legal Advisors with drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Manage and track litigation processes and legal cases
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on legislation
- Prepare trial bundles, reports, and legal documentation
- Coordinate meetings, diaries, and correspondence
- Maintain legal filing systems and documentation
- Assist with compliance projects and process improvements
- Handle urgent legal matters efficiently
Requirements
- Recognized Paralegal or Legal Secretarial qualification
- Experience in a legal or corporate environment (essential)
- Knowledge of legal terminology and court processes (advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
