Overview
A growing financial compliance and advisory practice is hiring a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations and management. This permanent, in-office role is ideal for an organised professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and values accuracy, confidentiality, and quality service.
Working hours are 08h00–17h00, Monday to Friday, with flexibility around lunchtime.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and visitors with a professional first impression
- Manage executive diaries, calls, emails, Teams chats, and WhatsApp messages
- Maintain accurate client databases and documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
- Oversee office administration (supplies, lunches, events)
- Allocate and track tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Review and approve documents where required
- Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and company policies
- Suggest improvements to streamline processes and office efficiency

Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or finance support
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, client-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential information
- Self-motivated and adaptable; able to work independently and in a team
