What You’ll Do
- Handle RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier quotations
- Manage budgets, project allocations, and petty cash
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics
- Maintain records, documents, and submission flows
- Organise division meetings (agendas, minutes, venues)
- Oversee stationery orders and stock control (SAGE)
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support internal policies, projects, and office events

Requirements
- National Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain/admin
- Knowledge of SAGE X3 (advantage)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- MS Office proficiency
- Valid Code B/EB driver’s license
