WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide full administrative & secretarial support to Area Manager
  • Handle HR administration (onboarding, transfers, exits, payroll queries)
  • Coordinate training, contractors, and internal processes
  • Support finance and reporting tasks
  • Manage complex admin requests in a high-volume environment
  • Ensure service delivery meets quality and SLA standards


REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric + Secretarial Diploma (compulsory)
  • Proven admin/secretarial experience (financial services preferred)
  • Strong organisational & communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Valid driver’s license + own transport (required)
  • Skilled in admin systems, HR processes & reporting
