A growing financial compliance and advisory practice is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations. This permanent, office-based role plays a key part in ensuring smooth workflows, accurate reporting, and professional client service within a supportive, values-driven environment.

The practice supports SMMEs through tailored financial, accounting, and tax solutions, and values trust, quality, and integrity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors professionally
  • Manage executive diaries, calls, emails, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp communications
  • Maintain and organise client records and documentation
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
  • Manage office administration, including supplies, lunches, and events
  • Allocate and monitor team tasks for accuracy and completion
  • Review and approve documents when required
  • Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and policy compliance
  • Suggest and support process and efficiency improvements


Requirements

  • Grade 12 (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or finance support
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, client-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Trustworthy and able to manage confidential information
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative
