Introduction
Life Healthcare invites applications from unemployed graduates to participate in a 12-month Human Resources Internship Programme. This opportunity is aimed at providing practical workplace experience to graduates who have successfully completed IT and/or HR-related qualifications, aligned to their field of study.
Successful candidates will be based at the Life Healthcare Head Office in Dunkeld, Johannesburg for the duration of the internship.
Internship Focus Areas
Interns must indicate one (1) HR function in which they wish to gain work experience:
- Payroll
- HR Systems (preferably candidates with an IT qualification)
- Skills Development
- Organisational Development and Transformation
- Resourcing / Recruitment and Selection
The internship will be registered with HWSETA.
Stipend
- R6,000 per month
- Paid for 12 months
Requirements
- Must be unemployed at the time of application
- Must have completed an HR Diploma/Degree
- Applicants interested in HR Systems must have completed an IT Diploma/Degree
- Must have completed the relevant qualification (no students)
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be under the age of 35
