Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or N3 qualification
  • Valid Code 08 driver’s licence
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar maintenance environment
  • Supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and safe working practices

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Service and maintain district pipelines
  • Assist with servicing reservoirs on site
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards
  • Carry out minor repairs at the depot
  • Assist with building maintenance and repairs
  • Perform general maintenance tasks as required
  • Organise and supervise maintenance teams on site
