Key Responsibilities
The successful Administrative Officer will:
- Conduct physical inspections of public transport routes.
- Monitor land-based public transport operations.
- Record and document inspection findings.
- Attend and record election and Annual General Meeting (AGM) proceedings.
- Maintain accurate transport records.
- Provide administrative support during mediation and dispute resolution.
- Assist with resolving conflicts involving transport operators and associations.
- Organise meetings with transport stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and review of transport policies and regulations.
- Support inspection-in-loco activities following route applications.
- Liaise with planning authorities and transport stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and perform general administrative duties.
