Job Responsibilities

The Customer Relationship Officer will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and corporate clients.
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
  • Conduct client visits and support service improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer care and client satisfaction.
  • Support operational excellence through reporting and proactive engagement.
  • Promote effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Health Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Relations Management, or a related field.
  • A valid South African Driver’s Licence (Code 08 EB).
  • Own reliable transport.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related customer service or relationship management role.

Skills and Competencies

  • Knowledge of pathology and laboratory workflows.
  • Understanding of POPIA and South African healthcare regulations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
