Main Purpose of the Job

To act as the primary link between internal business units and the in-house creative team, managing creative projects from briefing through to delivery. The Client Liaison Officer ensures that creative outputs are accurately briefed, aligned with business objectives, and meet the Design Studio’s professional standards.

Key Responsibility Areas

Coordinate and manage incoming creative requests, ensuring clear and accurate briefs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business units, and external vendors.
Maintain organised project records, approvals, and documentation within the studio system.
Support the Design Studio Manager with project tracking, reporting, and workflow improvements.
Proactively contribute to improving team processes, service culture, and working relationships through constructive feedback and support of new initiatives.

Required Education

Essential

Certificate in Marketing, Brand Management, or Marketing Communication.

Desirable

Certificate in Digital Marketing.

Required Experience

Essential

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client service or account management within a creative agency environment.

Desirable

Experience working in a deadline-driven Design Studio.
Project Management experience.
