Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • ABET Level 2 certificate or equivalent
  • Basic numeracy and literacy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Advantage:

  • 12 months or more cleaning experience

Applicants must be willing to:

  • Work shift duties, including weekends and public holidays
  • Perform physical labour
  • Wear protective clothing as required


Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning floors, walls, windows, doors, and hospital equipment
  • Cleaning beds, lockers, steps, and other hospital areas
  • Performing indoor and outdoor cleaning duties
  • Using cleaning chemicals and machinery such as polishing machines
  • Assisting with additional tasks assigned by supervisors
