Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Basic computer literacy
  • SAP system and hospital administration knowledge (advantageous)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Willingness to rotate across patient administration sections
  • Ability to work shifts or flexible hours

Key Duties

  • Perform patient administration tasks in areas such as:
    • Registration
    • Wards
    • Clinics
    • Accident & Emergency
  • Capture and update patient information on manual records and the SAP system
  • Manage and maintain patient files and documentation
  • Handle patient enquiries and provide administrative support
  • Collect revenue for services rendered
  • Assist with other administrative duties assigned by supervisors
