About the Role
The Branch Support Clerk plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the laboratory and care centre. You will provide administrative and clerical support that enables healthcare professionals and laboratory staff to deliver quality services efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
As a Branch Support Clerk, your duties may include:
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the branch.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Assisting with patient enquiries and general reception support.
- Capturing and updating information on company systems.
- Filing and organising documents.
- Supporting laboratory staff with administrative tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Between 2 and 3 years of administrative experience.
- Previous healthcare or laboratory experience will be advantageous but is not essential.
