About the Role
As a Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient administrative operations within the branch while supporting patients, healthcare professionals, and laboratory staff. The position combines front-office customer service, specimen administration, billing support, and general branch administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You will contribute to Ampath’s commitment to service excellence by ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely processing of information, and professional patient interactions.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 0–4 years of administration experience
- Valid South African Driver’s Licence (Code B)
- Own reliable transport
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous healthcare, laboratory, pathology, or medical administration experience will be advantageous
