Job Introduction

Eskom Distribution Agreement Agencies Gauteng Cluster Business Unit is seeking four (x4) Officer Customer Service Area professionals.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and managing customer interface operations within a defined geographical area. The position focuses on ensuring efficient service delivery across customer relationship management, billing processes, and service connections.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general supervisory duties within the customer service area
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer data
  • Handle end-to-end generic service activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage quotation and electricity connection services
  • Oversee vending and prepaid electricity services
  • Support revenue collection and customer billing processes

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience
