Purpose of the Programme

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Be between 18 and 35 years of age.
  • Be unemployed.
  • Hold a Human Resource Management Certificate from a recognised college.
  • Not have previously participated in any internship or Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programme.
  • Be willing to work at the AVBOB Florida office in Johannesburg West Rand.
